Teaching is simply one of my passions. My designer's eye helps me see the various inconsistencies that riders and horses have developed together. My teaching methods have been refined over many years to explain the concepts simply, in language most riders will truly understand. I've learned from some of the best and watched carefully as to how positive correction worked best for horse & rider.

For a weekend clinic I usually make a presentation of concepts and biomechanics on the Friday night and recommend a private lesson for both Saturday & Sunday. However, I can be very flexible to arrangements that might better fit your situation. Please feel free to contact me for pricing and scheduling of clinics in your area. The Secrets of Bending

I've developed a comprehensive lecture and clinic program that focuses on bending issues. As I travel around the country and internationally, I have come to understand that bending, in general, is profoundly misunderstood — science and biomechanics provide real answers. As always, I keep things fun and accessible for riders of all levels and disciplines.

The Dressage by Design program is dedicated to Tucker (1966-1997). He was my greatest teacher - he was difficult, opinionated and routinely brilliant. A hot thoroughbred with lots of ideas, he showed me how awe inspiring the riding of a joyous horse can be.
